Product Details:

• The pack can be heated or cooled.

• Each pack comes with a one perineum ice/heat pack and 5 x disposable covers. 

• Use the sleeves provided and do not apply the packs directly to the skin.

• To clean, wash with warm soapy water. 

• Cold therapy: Place in freezer for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved.

• Heat Therapy: Submerge in hot water or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5 second increments until desired temperature is achieved.

  • 700 watt microwave: 20 seconds

  • 1000 watt microwave: 15 seconds

  • 1200 watt microwave: 10 seconds

  Slip pad into sleeve and place on area. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying
