We love a soothing cooling pad and nipple butter combo. Plus all of the nursing snacks that support lactation—they are yummy, and will help with her supply!
3. TLC. Just think cozy, like you’re wrapping mom in a huge hug. Better yet, give her one if you are with her! A foot soak, face mask, robe, and slippers will make her feel warm and loved while she’s likely feeling very out of sorts.
