SHIPPING
If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at info@nurtured9.com and we will try our best to make it happen! We ship via USPS within the United States only. We may ship gifts using another carrier with or without notice.
RETURNS
We spend great time and attention to detail curating our bundles to include only products that we love and used ourselves during pregnancy, and so all sales are final. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at info@nurtured9.com.
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Products and packaging may shift in transport and this is not considered a damage or defect. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nurtured9.com.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Please note that ordering items sensitive to melting is at your own risk. Quality upon delivery of these items cannot be guaranteed by Nurtured 9.

Nurtured 9 displays products as accurately that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any product will be completely accurate.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts.
