Why did you curate a box of the bestselling pregnancy gifts?
Lauryn: What we’ve found is that some of our customers have “been there” and love to curate their own gift with items that were special to them when they were pregnant, but that others have actually no clue what to gift a pregnant woman. And so, in pulling the bestselling items from our curate-your-own gift shop into one gift box, we are essentially letting the experts (the moms who know precisely what to gift) curate the perfect gift for the people who aren’t sure.
Why do you think these items are the bestselling gifts?
Lauryn: Beyond the data saying these are the most desired!
Lindsey: I think these gifts are exactly what Nurtured 9 is about. Giving a pregnant mom a gift that is all about her, telling her to take time for herself, and showing you care. Each item is all about luxuriating the day to day.
Where did you find these items initially?
Lindsey: Some of them came from our own pregnancies! Lauryn swore by 8 Sheep sleepy magnesium lotion to soothe her restless legs during her 2nd pregnancy and belly butter was absolutely part of my daily self-care routine during both of my pregnancies.
Lauryn: 100%. And then other items, like the robe and slippers are made specially for us, since we couldn’t find one quite perfect enough on the market. And the Belly Butter we actually sourced from Australia because Mama & Bird hands down has the best one.
Lastly, what sets this apart from other gifts out there?
Lindsey: Our gifts are so thoughtful. From the items to the packaging. This gift comes in a gorgeous box with “Just For You Mama” washi tape securing the tissue, a handwritten notecard, as well as a small card that talks about just how specially curated this gift was, just for her.
